Job Description

We are seeking a talented and committed Calling Agent to join our team. You will handle incoming calls on the UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a log of complaints and queries.
• Route calls to relevant departments.
• Respond to complaints within turnaround time (TAT).

Experience: Fresher to 1 year preferred

Location: Quaid e Azam Industrial State, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs 25,00.00 – Rs 30,00.00 per month
