Working Hours: 50 Hours Weekly (Rotational Shifts)
Location: Gulberg II, Lahore
Job Duties
- Oversee UK operations from our 24/7 control room in Lahore.
- Respond to client queries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.
- Schedule shifts for staff members.
- Must be flexible and willing to work in both day and night shifts.
Requirements
- A-Level or graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience in an international call center (preferably UK).
- Minimum 1 year in a UK-based security company.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
