Job Description
CAPS College, Lahore seeks a confident, well-groomed Senior Front Desk Officer to welcome students, parents, and visitors; manage admissions inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, email); coordinate with admissions and academic teams; maintain front desk records and daily reports; and ensure a professional front-office. Candidates (male or female) should have 2–3 years’ relevant experience (education preferred), excellent English and Urdu communication, strong customer service and basic MS Office skills. Full-time, on-site at New Garden Town, Lahore. Competitive salary based on experience; reputable institute with 30+ years.
