Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Daily Transactions & Bookkeeping: Posting all daily transactions with accuracy.
- Month-End Closing: Completing month-end closing tasks and generating clear financial reports.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory accounting and ensuring accurate valuation.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conducting daily bank reconciliations to maintain cash flow integrity.
- Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R): Managing timely payments and collections.
- Financial Reporting: Producing insightful monthly and year-end financial statements.
- Organizational Skills: Keeping an organized workflow to meet deadlines.
