Job Description
About the Role:
As a Call Center Agent at Caps IT Solutions, you will conduct cold calls to international clients in the US, UK, and AU markets. Your primary focus will be on promoting our web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.
Requirements include at least 1 year of experience in cold calling or B2B sales, excellent English communication skills, and a fundamental understanding of web/app development and digital marketing.
