Job Description
We seek a proactive HR Assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and daily HR operations. Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, maintain personnel files, assist payroll administration, and respond to employee inquiries. Preferred: HR degree or related, 1–2 years HR experience, HRIS and Microsoft Office skills, basic employment law knowledge, strong communication, organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, teamwork, multitasking, and a professional attitude.
