Job Description
Caregenix Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent through various job advertisements, managing the 360-degree recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Your responsibilities will include extending job offers, negotiation, and assisting candidates throughout their onboarding journey. This full-time position requires working night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $110,00 annually. Work will be conducted in person at our office.
