Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Consultant to join our team at Caresoft Pvt. Ltd. This position focuses on delivering exceptional ServiceNow solutions to our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow and experience in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering for process improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
3+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong understanding of healthcare operations, ITIL Foundation certification.
