Job Description
Carry Crew Limited is hiring a Junior Sales Assistant in Lahore to help convert UK moving enquiries into confirmed bookings. This is a revenue-focused role: your main responsibility is speaking to customers, handling follow-ups, and closing jobs.
You will have support from a dedicated CRM/Books assistant for admin tasks, so you can stay focused on calls, customer communication, and hitting targets.
Key responsibilities
- Call and follow up UK customers who have already enquired (warm leads)
- Qualify enquiries quickly and confidently, gather missing details, and move the lead to booking
- Handle objections professionally and close bookings with urgency and good customer service
- Coordinate next steps such as survey booking and confirmations with the team
- Work towards targets: revenue, moves booked, and conversion rate
- Collaborate with the CRM/Books assistant to ensure records, notes, and documents are updated correctly
Requirements (must-have)
- 3+ years experience in sales / telesales / customer handling
- Strong fluent spoken and written English (comfortable speaking to UK customers)
- Confident on calls, strong follow-up habits, and a target-driven mindset
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work on-site in Lahore
- Able to align with UK hours (8:30am – 7:00pm)
Nice-to-have
- Experience selling services (moving/logistics is a plus)
- CRM experience (Zoho or similar)
- Basic quoting/estimating experience (helpful but not required)
