Job Description
Centrum Group of Companies is seeking Female Customer Support Executives for our US campaign in F-7, Islamabad (On-site). Shift: 7:00 PM–2:00 AM. Salary: PKR 45,00–60,00/month (based on experience). You will handle inbound US customer inquiries, make outbound follow-ups, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and maintain interaction records while delivering professional service. Requirements: female candidates only, strong English communication, confident phone skills, ability to work evening/night shifts; call center or customer support experience is a plus.
