Job Description
Ceptrum seeks a confident, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to perform US-based B2B calling. You will engage decision-makers, generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, presenting products/services professionally, logging call outcomes in CRM, and meeting daily/monthly targets. Requirements: prior US B2B outbound experience preferred, excellent spoken English, strong persuasion and objection-handling, self-motivated and target-oriented.
