Job Description
CG Global Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Customer Service Executive based in Clifton, Block 9. Full-time, in-person role paying Rs50,00–Rs70,00/month. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist guests with inquiries and bookings, resolve complaints, log interactions in CRM, and escalate complex issues. Required: 1 year customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, ability to manage high call volumes, positive proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and CRM proficiency.
