Job Description

LOKAL Rooms is looking for a Reservation Lead who loves people, understands hospitality, and can turn every inquiry into a warm guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Handle and oversee reservations across phone, email, WhatsApp & OTAs
• Lead guest communication from inquiry to check-in
• Manage bookings, modifications, cancellations & special requests
• Coordinate with Front Office & Operations for seamless stays
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain brand service standards and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in reservations or customer service (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with PMS, OTAs, and multitasking
• Guest-first mindset aligned with a boutique hospitality brand
• Leadership qualities (team handling experience is a plus)

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, may include weekends and holidays
• Office-based with frequent interaction with front office and sales teams
