Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at ChatPandas. Your main responsibilities will involve responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing product information, and resolving complaints with patience and empathy.
Experience in customer service is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in evening and night shifts at our GITMIT Co-Working Space in Gulberg 3. A high school diploma is required.
Compensation ranges from Rs90,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month for full-time positions.
