Job Description
CIER is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to lead a teacher training, accessibility, and advocacy project. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities with stakeholders.
- Organize training sessions, meetings, and advocacy events.
- Monitor project progress and compliance.
- Liaise with partners and assist with budgeting.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing development projects.
- Knowledge of teacher training or inclusive education preferred.
- Fluent in English & Urdu; occasional travel required.
