Job Description
CIER is seeking a Finance Officer to oversee financial operations for a training and advocacy project in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project finances, preparing financial reports, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project finances, transactions, and payroll.
- Prepare periodic financial reports.
- Maintain budget, track expenses, and support audits.
- Ensure donor compliance and assist with procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in NGO financial management.
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
