Job Description
Cipher Digital, a growing marketing company, is seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Team for our US-based campaign.
What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls, convert leads into sales, and build strong client relationships.
Requirements: Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, especially in SaaS, B2B, or IT campaigns. Excellent communication skills and a proven sales record are essential.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM (Night Shift).
Salary: Up to 80,00 PKR per month plus uncapped incentives.
