Job Description
Click BPO is hiring confident, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to handle UK-based inbound and outbound calls. Candidates must speak fluent English with a clear, confident accent suited to UK customers, provide excellent customer service, follow scripts, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain records. UK shift evening/night hours (customizable). Office-based in Multan: Shop #12, Paracha Street, BCG Chowk. Competitive salary up to Rs30,00/month plus incentives, training, growth opportunities, and performance bonuses. Basic computer skills, strong listening and problem-solving, and a professional attitude required. Both fresh and experienced candidates welcome. Full-time role; bachelor’s degree preferred.
