Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Debt Collector to join our team. As a Debt Collector, your primary responsibility will be to contact individuals with overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans to recover funds.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of all interactions, providing excellent customer service, and complying with all regulatory requirements related to debt collection.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a knack for negotiation. Previous experience in debt collection is preferred but not required.
