Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recovery plans and strategies for overdue accounts.
- Analyze delinquent accounts to identify patterns and improve recovery approaches.
- Handle escalated cases and negotiate with clients for settlements or repayment plans.
- Ensure customer interactions are professional, ethical, and aligned with company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric / FA / Graduation
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in collections or recovery
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
