Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in recruitment and employee engagement, along with a solid understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
