Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Quality Assurance Officer based in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. Shift: 9:00 PM–6:00 AM, Monday–Friday. You will monitor sales calls, review leads and dispositions, validate VA assets, conduct QA audits, document policy violations, and maintain scorecards and dashboards. Required: 1+ year QA experience in BPO or call center, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, excellent verbal/written English, and call monitoring and reporting abilities. Preferred: CRM/QA tool familiarity and experience in remote operations. Job type: Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs90,00 per month.
