Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, building relationships with healthcare providers and clients, resolving concerns, performing cold calls, and verifying provider details. A minimum of 1-year experience in medical billing, customer relations, or sales is required. Strong verbal and written communication, persistence in lead conversion, and problem-solving skills are essential.
