Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) with prior call center experience. In this role, you will connect with healthcare providers to introduce our medical billing and credentialing services. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, confident, and capable of building strong relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, build client relationships, and collaborate with sales.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.
