Internship Overview

We are hiring Business Development Interns (Lead Generation & Cold Marketing) to support our B2B sales and growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience with:

• International clients
• Real sales pipelines
• Modern lead generation and outreach tools

Candidates with prior business development experience and strong English communication skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B leads (local & international markets)
• Execute LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
• Maintain and update lead data using CRM and sales tools
• Assist in building and managing sales pipelines
• Support the Business Development team in daily sales activities
• Track outreach performance and follow-up activities

Required Qualifications

• Final-year BS student or Bachelor’s degree holder
• Basic understanding of Business Development / B2B Sales
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Upwork
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
