Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a focus on BPO recruitment to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. You will manage the entire hiring process for call center and BPO roles while supporting essential HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for BPO/call center positions.
- Build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Maintain employee records and support payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience in BPO/call center environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
