Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Call Centre Agents for our Umrah Travel Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting potential customers with Umrah packages, and converting leads into successful bookings while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Provide detailed information about Umrah packages, pricing, and travel arrangements
- Guide customers through the booking process and address their concerns
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow company communication scripts and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center or sales role (Umrah/Travel campaign experience preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
