Job Description
Collaborate Solutions seeks an Authorization Executive for the Patient Scheduling Department in DHA Phase 8 (6pm–3am). You will process, review, and verify insurance pre-authorization requests; coordinate with providers, insurers, and internal teams; update systems; follow up on documentation; generate status reports; assist with audits; and ensure compliance with company and insurance regulations. Requirements: minimum 1 year in insurance, healthcare, or medical administration; knowledge of pre-authorization and claim procedures; proficiency in MS Office and hospital/insurance software; strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Full-time, in-person position.
