Job Description
Looking for a driven and confident Sales Representative to manage the full outbound sales cycle for UK-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, cold outreach, and closing deals—and is motivated by performance and commissions.
Role Overview
You will handle end-to-end outbound sales, from lead generation to closing partnerships. The role involves cold calling, email outreach, virtual sales meetings, negotiation, and post-sale coordination to ensure smooth onboarding and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: lead sourcing, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct cold calls and cold email campaigns targeting UK-based businesses
- Run sales meetings via phone and Google Meet
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms confidently
- Support basic contract preparation and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates
- Coordinate internally to support onboarding and post-sale queries
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outbound/telesales
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Confident with cold calling and objection handling
- Target-driven, resilient, and performance-focused
- Comfortable using CRMs and email tools
- Strong research and lead prioritization skills
Working Hours
- Onsite: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Work From Home: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Working Days
- Monday to Friday
Compensation
- Salary: PKR 90,00+
- Plus attractive commissions (performance-based)
