Job Description
CONEX!ON is looking for a Client Success Representative to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain client records.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Freshers welcome; training provided.
- Night shifts (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM).
- Salary: Rs 45,00 plus commissions.
- Free commute for female staff.
