Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Attendance Supervisor to join our team at a confidential company. The ideal candidate will monitor and manage employee attendance, absenteeism, and punctuality records. Responsibilities include maintaining attendance records, coordinating with department heads on discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and generating reports for management review.
Requirements include 1-2 years of experience in attendance supervision within a factory environment, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proficiency in biometric systems, Excel, and HRMS software, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
