Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors and managing a multi-line phone system. Your duties will include signing in guests, handling mail and packages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized reception area.
As part of your responsibilities, you may assist with travel arrangements, coordinate office maintenance, and ensure a secure environment for our visitors.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00, and you will be required to work in-person.
