Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Treasury Manager to oversee our financial risk management and capital structure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a “Big 4” pedigree, possessing the technical rigor and leadership skills necessary to navigate complex liquidity landscapes.

Position Overview

• Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi (On-site)
• Shift: Night Shift (Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Experience: Mandatory background in Big 4 accounting firms (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) or Tier-1 multinational firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage daily cash positions, ensuring optimal funding for global and local operations.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement hedging strategies to manage foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risks.
• Financial Forecasting: Lead the preparation of long-term and short-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Banking Relations: Maintain and strengthen relationships with financial institutions and credit rating agencies.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all treasury activities comply with IFRS, local regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Process Optimization: Automate treasury workflows and implement “best-in-class” treasury management systems (TMS).

Required Qualifications

• Professional Background: Proven experience in a Big 4 firm (Audit or Advisory) or a top-tier corporate firm.
• Domain Expertise: Recent, direct experience in Treasury Operations is a mandatory requirement.
• Education: CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance from a reputable institution.
• Skills: * Advanced financial modeling and analytical proficiency.
• Strong understanding of money markets and FX instruments.
• Exceptional communication skills, suited for a high-stakes night-shift environment.
