Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to manage client communications through Facebook Messenger. You’ll address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction via chat.
Job Timings: Monday to Saturday, with shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Candidates must be available for either shift.
Ideal candidates should have good written communication skills in English and a basic understanding of Facebook Messenger. Experience in online customer support is a plus.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
