Job Description

CONNECT COMMUNICATION is seeking a Female Customer Service Representative for our Rawalpindi Wallpaper Factory Outlet. This role serves as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting them with product selections, managing transactions, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product knowledge.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable wallpaper designs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and appeal.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate.
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu; English is a plus.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
