Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION seeks an experienced Female HR Officer for our busy call center. You will manage recruitment and onboarding, handle employee relations and grievances, coordinate training and development, maintain personnel records, ensure compliance, and support team leaders with HR queries. Requirements: MBA/MHRM or relevant degree, 1–2 years HR experience (call center experience a plus), excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fluent in English and Urdu. Salary: 25,00–30,00 PKR/month. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person at our call center.
