Job Description
KHOJ Resorts seeks an experienced Director of Sales to lead revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and manage a high-performing sales team across resort properties.
Responsibilities include setting sales targets, creating go-to-market strategies, overseeing account management, forging corporate and travel trade relationships, and reporting KPIs to executive leadership.
Requirements: 7+ years in hospitality sales, proven track record in group and leisure markets, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and data-driven decision making. Competitive salary and benefits.
