Job Description
Document Controller for Corporate Panorama. Full-time, on-site role (5:00 PM–1:00 AM PST, may vary). Support business operations with filing, preparing insurance certificates and auto ID cards, maintaining policy records, managing Open Item Control Documents (OICDs), completing renewals and submissions, and tracking client files. Enter and update data in Excel and support general account servicing. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple systems, proficiency with Excel and standard office apps, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, process-driven candidates who can perform repetitive but essential tasks should apply. Must be available to work in the office.
