Job Description
Cortech Sols Pvt Ltd seeks a full-time, onsite Business Development Manager in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad (night shift). You will generate leads and secure projects via Upwork, Fiverr and other platforms; write and manage proposals, bids and client communications; build and maintain client relationships; coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery; negotiate pricing and close deals; and track leads and sales performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related field, proven business development or sales experience, hands-on experience with freelance platforms (especially Upwork), and strong communication and negotiation skills. Salary: Rs200,00–Rs250,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
