Job Description
We are looking for a teacher-profile professional who has experience teachingin any subject but preferably English, can quickly learn new material, and guide others in an office environment.
This role is similar to classroom teaching, but in a corporate setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and understand documents, policies, and guidelines (like understanding a subject syllabus)
- Explain instructions clearly to team members
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress
- Check work carefully and identify mistakes or issues (basic quality checking / smoke testing)
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and work standards
- Guide, mentor, and support team members
- Report issues and daily status to management
Required Profile
- Teaching experience (school, college, coaching, or training institute)
- Experience teaching more than one subject is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication and understanding skills
- Able to read and understand written instructions in English
- Comfortable managing people and maintaining discipline
Training
- Full training will be provided for internal processes and quality checks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: From Rs32,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
