Job Description
Country Club Travels and Tours is hiring an Umrah Customer Support Representative at RJ Mall, Rashid Minhas Road, near Millennium Mall, Karachi (in-person, full-time). Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries; explain Umrah packages, inclusions, pricing, visa process, hotels, transport, and travel dates; assist clients with documentation; coordinate bookings, visas, tickets, and hotel confirmations; provide pre-departure guidance; maintain accurate records, follow up leads, and resolve concerns with patience and professionalism. Maintain Islamic etiquette, respect, and professionalism at all times. Requirements: strong communication skills in Urdu and English; previous Umrah experience is a plus.
