Job Description
Creative Chaos is seeking a Technical Recruiter to enhance our Talent Acquisition department and expand our IT teams. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates on niche platforms like Stack Overflow and GitHub
- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews
- Coordinate with IT leaders to meet hiring needs
- Onboard new hires
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Technical Recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of technical roles
- BSc in HR Management or IT
