Job Description
Creative Riots is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, monitoring servers, and ensuring data backups and security protocols.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 1-2 years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and networking is essential.
