Job Description
Cretesol Pvt Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager, Sales & Business Development to identify and research target markets, industries, and clients; build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and distributors; collaborate with sales and marketing to create targeted strategies and promotional materials; lead contract and partnership negotiations; conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities; and deliver regular reports on pipelines, forecasts, and market trends. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus), have 3–5 years’ relevant experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Full-time; in person.
