Job Description
We are hiring an International Education Consultant at Crossroad Consultants Pakistan. Full-time, in-person, counselling-only (no sales targets). Requires 1–4 years’ experience in overseas education counselling and a Bachelor’s degree (Education or related preferred). Provide one-on-one guidance: assess profiles, recommend countries, universities and courses; explain admissions criteria, timelines and intakes; advise on tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT), SOPs, LORs and CVs; maintain accurate counselling records and track visa and education trends. Must have excellent communication, ethical student-first approach, organization; CRM experience preferred. Competitive salary Rs70,00–Rs150,00/month with supportive environment and ongoing training.
