Job Description
Crumble Pakistan seeks a Shift Manager to lead cookie production and retail shifts in Faisalabad (relocation considered). You will supervise staff, manage handovers, enforce safety and quality standards, control inventory, resolve customer complaints, assist scheduling, and meet sales and service targets. Requirements: 1–2 years’ shift management experience in food service, strong leadership and communication, POS/computer proficiency, problem-solving, attention to detail, and shift flexibility. Benefits: competitive salary Rs60,00–Rs65,00/month, performance incentives, career development, collaborative workplace, and employee discounts. Full-time, on-site role.
