Job Description
Attention: We are specifically seeking female candidates with hands-on experience in the US truck dispatching industry. Only qualified applicants will be considered.
CSR SERVICES LLC is urgently hiring a skilled Truck Dispatch Executive. Earn up to $70,00 per month with commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule freight pickups and deliveries efficiently.
- Provide accurate shipping details to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and shipments.
- Manage invoices and shipment-related paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of truck dispatch experience, excellent English communication skills.
Shift: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM, 5 days a week. Full-time position. Salary: $55,00 – $70,00 per month.
