Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Team Lead, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to oversee billing, collections, coding accuracy, and denials management. You will lead a team, optimize workflows, ensure compliance, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements to maximize cash flow. The ideal candidate has 5+ years RCM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, in-depth knowledge of billing systems, payer rules, and KPIs. Proven ability to coach staff, resolve escalations, and drive measurable improvements is required.
