Job Description

A leading e-commerce marketplace, Daaclay.com, is urgently looking to hire Customer Care Officers for its operations. Ideal candidates should be IT or Commerce graduates with a strong familiarity with internet usage, MS Office tools, Gmail, and other software applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with proficiency in spoken and written English. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in e-commerce.
