Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in the effective academic and administrative management of the school. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high educational standards, ensuring discipline, and fostering a positive learning environment aligned with the school’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall school administration and daily operations.
- Supervise academic programs, lesson planning, and classroom activities.
- Ensure implementation of school policies, rules, and discipline procedures.
- Support teachers through guidance, monitoring, and professional development.
- Oversee student affairs, attendance, and behavioral management.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and result compilation.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and staff.
- Monitor staff punctuality, performance, and adherence to school policies.
- Act as Principal in their absence when required.
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum graduate.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, including leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Sound knowledge of academic planning, school administration, and discipline management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle responsibilities efficiently.
